Coffee Pot

A long-time Sedona tradition, the restaurant is named after the famous nearby rock (which, yes, resembles a coffee pot), not just the java they bring to your table. A more turquoise and pink version of the surrounding landscape is depicted in a wall mural inside. Locals and travelers line up when the doors open for the huge pancakes and hearty breakfast fare with some Southwestern touches, such as green chiles and plenty of salsa. The hardest part is picking just one of the 101 omelets on the menu, though only the bravest may choose the peanut butter, banana, and jelly. Everything comes with home fries or hash browns, toast, or a fresh biscuit. Opt to sit in the back patio to enjoy the weather, rather than the décor (or lack thereof). Weekends bring in the crowds, but the restaurant is good about turning over tables relatively quickly.
