Restaurants with great views here may or may not provide food to match the scenery. Open Range does. The menu offerings are fairly simple, but well prepared and with the occasional unusual ingredient or two. At lunch, there’s a tasty grilled-chicken Caesar club sandwich made with sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, and bacon; at lunch or dinner you can get this same dish as a salad. Steaks, pork chops, crab cakes, and salmon dishes all get a Southwestern spin, as does green-chili macaroni and cheese.
