Every night is party night at this small, pseudo-glitzy bar, entered by sashaying down a namesake red carpet (which doubles as a catwalk for fashion shows) to a greeting by bellboys dressed in red. Things are pumping most nights of the week, with a spontaneous feel-good mood aided by video screens loaded with around 40,000 music videos from the late 1950s to the 1990s toe-tapping retro music is invariably selected by a resident VJ. Feel free to dance in the (narrow) aisles as revelers are prone to do. As the name also suggests, it's all about Champagne here, with around 100 labels, including the finest bubblies and over 40 châteaux represented. Treat yourself to a glass of Moët, or get a bottle to share (extravagantly delivered with mini-fireworks), soaked up with complimentary canapés that are distributed every so often. Beyond the bubbles, there's cocktails, beer, and more on the menu.

Diverse age groups and types flock here, including party animals like Paris Hilton, but there's a distinct lack of pretentiousnessit's all a bit cheesy and tongue-in-cheek, with an agenda centered on having fun. Drinking spills out onto a buzzing terrace edging Seminyak's happening Eats Street.

The latest edition to the Red Carpet family is an oyster, sushi, and single malt whiskey bar.
