Located inside Naeseorak (Inner Seorak), the temple has been destroyed several times and rebuilt, even changing locations and names. There is a newer stone bridge over the Bokdam Gyegok leading to the entrance of this humble, understated temple. Of its on-site treasures, the most impressive is the wooden Amitayus Buddha, which was made in 1748, and is considered one of the best statues of the 18th century.
