Opening onto Plaza de la Encarnación and the monumental “Las Setas”,(many rooms have views of it), this richly appointed small hotel opened in 2013. The decor references Sevilla’s baroque tradition, especially in the swirling forms and heavy ruffles, yet it’s all executed with a modern color palette that suggests whimsy rather than slavish imitation. Beds are big and plush and every room is equipped with state-of-the-art hydro-massage showers. Superior doubles even come with a laptop at the desk (though this line of rooms can be snug). The ground-level terrace is a bar, becoming a dinner restaurant in summer.
