Simi's best restaurant is set on the far side of the port, on a rooftop, where the road goes up to the village. Run by the talented Chef Stavros, what's served is almost always based on what's freshest that day...and on what's bubbling in the chef's fertile culinary imagination.  We highly recommend you order the tasting menu, reasonable at 30€, which will consist of 10 courses or so, each more creative and tasty than the next. Truly, there's a master at work here.
