Go for the views. The drinks are pricey, as they are in much of Singapore, but the open-air setting and nighttime views from this rooftop cocktail lounge are stellar. Sip your Sauv Blanc or champagne and gaze out at Marina Bay and the twinkling lights of the Marina Bay Sands, the lotus-shaped Art Science Museum and other skyline stunners. If you have the munchies, the truffle fries are addictive. If you want to make a night of it, before or after Lantern, dine downstairs in Kinki’s, a modern Japanese restaurant with great food and attitude.
