But walk inside and you'll see it's actually a dimly lit, fun, and funky bar that requires a password to get in (just go next store to Michelin Star Chef Jason Atherton’s tiny Keong Saik Snacks café and ask; they’ve got the same owners). Enjoy the kitsch and scan the long list of fun and quirky cocktails served in wacky glasses and vessels (like a miniature bathtub), topped off with elaborate garnishes. The bartenders are super professional with a serious interest in cocktails. Among its alcohol collections, the Library boasts an extensive list of more than 40 gins.
