One of Singapore’s most respected fine-dining Chinese restaurants, it’s set in the historic Goodwood Park Hotel (an architectural icon built more than a century ago as the Teutonia Club for the German community in Singapore) and specializes in Sichuan and Cantonese dishes. The menu is huge and favorites include pan fried string beans with minced pork for S$18 (a small portion) and sautéed prawns with garlic sauce (S$26). You can also order dim sum from a trolley.
