The An Creagán Visitors’ Centre, on the A505 road just outside Creggan is a good place to start, with tourist information and an interesting exhibition on the history of the area. Other area sites include the Cookstown Tourist Information Centre, Burn Road, Cookstown (028/8676-9949), the Dungannon Visitor Information Centre, 26 Market Square, Dungannon (028/8772-8600), the Omagh Tourist Information Centre at the Strule Arts Centre, Townhall Square, Omagh (028/8224-7831), and the Strabane Visitor Information Centre, at the Alley Arts and Conference Centre, 1A Railway St., Strabane (028/7138-4444). Generally they are open Monday to Saturday, year-round, from about 10am to 5pm; the Dungannon and Cookstown centers also open on Sundays in midsummer.
