Frederiksted’s best little bistro is set in a 200-year-old stone house on the waterfront. It’s a lively little café that becomes a hot spot when live jazz is on tap Wednesday and Friday nights and during Sunday brunch. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, abetted by a New Orleans–influenced menu, featuring such classics as gumbo, jambalaya, and “Jazzy Shrimp”: peel-and-eat shrimp with butter, garlic, and Cajun spices. There’s also the usual array of fish, steak, and chicken dishes.
