Good, honest, utterly delicious Crucian food—that’s what island matriarch Sarah Harvey delivers at her namesake restaurant. But Harvey’s has plenty of fans, so you need to get here early for lunch….before the food runs out! We’d recommend you start with one of her homemade soups, or an appetizer of conch in butter sauce. Entrees will be barbecue chicken, goat stew, fried grouper, and, sometimes, even lobster. A side of cornmeal fungi comes with just about everything. Wash it all down with a fresh juice from exotic island fruits like gooseberry or tamarind. This is power eating, island style, so dig in.
