A few minutes’ stroll downhill from the Fondation Maeght, this laidback eatery offers classic regional cuisine and superb views over St-Paul’s Old Town. Opt for aïoli, steamed vegetables and cod served with a garlic-spiked mayonnaise dip; secca d’ Entrevaux, a locally cured beef dished up with grilled goat cheese; or one of a dozen different pizzas. Prices are the best in the area, and the atmosphere is convivial—do note, however, that the restaurant is a favorite with large groups.
