With sweeping views of the gulf, clean and modern rooms, some with bunk beds, a massive oceanfront pool and sundeck, and a very good Asian fusion restaurant, this contemporary Wyndham is grand indeed. The only drawback here is that part of the resort is a private residence, so you’re sharing the facilities with people who live here, which, on second thought is hardly a drawback, because these people take much better care of the surroundings than the people checking out tomorrow. Staff is responsive and friendly. The $35 resort fee includes welcome cocktails, an onsite dining discount passport, and allows kids under 5 to eat free breakfast per paying adult in Ocean Hai.
