Since it opened in 1996, this multilevel club has seen its fame spread far beyond the confines of St. Petersburg. It's truly underground, housed as it is in a former bomb shelter, and is the best place in town to hear live jazz. It also hosts other kinds of concerts, as well as international DJs, exhibits, poetry readings, sports nights, and lectures. If you want to just sit and talk quietly, there's a room for that, too. On the top level is a restaurant that serves good Russian and European food at decent prices. Cash only.
