Bota Šare
In Mali Ston, Bota Šare occupies an impressive building with an exposed stone interior, high vaulted ceiling, and a wooden mezzanine. Mussels and oysters feature on the menu, as do local wines. The house specialty is Dubrovačka porpora (fish stew, with sea bream, grouper, perch, and shark, plus potatoes and fresh herbs). It does get very crowded, especially on weekends, so you’d do well to reserve a table in advance.
