Volunteer guides, many of whom are Holocaust survivors, are on hand on every floor of this important museum to answer questions and talk to visitors. Some of the exhibits are harrowing, including documents and objects relating to the Holocaust. Other exhibits include soundscapes, audiovisual displays, and interactive media. It has a museum shop, a resource center, a small theater, and a kosher cafe. Allow 1 to 2 hours.
