Chef Wei Chen, who spent six years at acclaimed NYC restaurant Masa, brings his stellar omakase to Tampa in the form of this minimalist, dark wood restaurant that features a 10-person sushi counter and 25-seat dining room. Tasting menus run from a 15-course, $150 per person, to upwards of $250 for a 20+-course event. And event is exactly what this restaurant is. The 15-course Nigiri menu includes a slew of nigiri (raw fish) that you may need to Google, plus luxe extras like shaved black truffle. It’s all spectacularly over the top and an experience, to say the least.
