This contemporary classic is one of the best restaurants in Tel Aviv, and it seamlessly blends a chic setting, with nifty sliding wood screens and plenty of natural light, and creative New Israeli dishes dreamt up by celebrity chef Jonathan Roshfeld. These could be as simple as a tangy tomato salad with Turkish cheese and fresh oregano or kicked up seafood dishes such as wild sea bass with Swiss chard, quinoa, and fresh yogurt. Reservations are strongly recommended here, though it’s usually possible to get a last-minute spot at the very comfortable bar. There’s a very thorough wine list, too.
