A fine-dining establishment with a mission, for years Lillyot has been welcoming at risk youths into its kitchen and training them as chefs. Of course, that’s not the prime reason you come here (that would be the food), but it’s nice to know your money is going to such a good cause. Now, back to the food, which is always top quality, and often innovative. Recent offerings have included goose in citrus honey and cinnamon, sea bass with mango salsa, and salmon sashimi with cucumber and melon relish. The setting is as elegant as the plates, making this a good choice for a celebratory meal. Business lunch specials run from noon to 6pm. Reservations recommended.
