This exceptional spot for lunch or dinner, just 50m (164 ft.) or so from the top of Todi's funicular, is tucked away in a lovely nook between two medieval stone buildings. You'll find all the basics here but the real specialty is black Noria truffles: thick, Umbrian strangozzi pasta with truffles, and beef or spiced lamb with truffles are our favorites. Vegetarians (or meat-eaters) shouldn't miss the pumpkin and saffron risotto.
