This is home to the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team. The opening in 1989 of this stadium, then known as SkyDome, was a gala event. The stadium is an engineering feat, featuring the world’s first fully retractable roof and a gigantic video scoreboard. It is so large that a 31-story building would fit inside the complex when the roof is closed.
