When the weather is with you this is a great location. Watermark is right at the, well, waterfront, just steps from tour boats, shopping, and Harbourfront events. And it's just a five-minute walk from the Toronto Islands Ferry Dock. The pub seats 280 outside and 300 inside. Along with typical pub fare, there are weekly specials, such as half-price shareables on Mondays from 3 to 6pm, and traditional fish and chips for $13 for lunch Fridays (haddock in a Kilkenny Cream Ale batter with fresh-cut fries). Saturday and Sunday there's an a la carte brunch menu from 10am to 3pm, and 11am to 3pm you can indulge in that Canadian invention, the Caesar (the cocktail, not the salad) for just $4. (Tip: Want a similar view on a backpacker's budget? There's a tiny food court upstairs with Greek, Japanese, and Deli booths and even a couple of small tables beside large lakeside windows.)
