The Old Town Hall
This 14th-century red-brick Gothic building, dotted with 365 windows and crowned with four pinnacles, is one of the most captivating Town Halls in the country. It started life as a site for trading stalls. The Renaissance turrets were added later. Inside, there's the town museum, where you'll find an impressive collection of stained glass, gingerbread molds and other crafts through the ages, and paintings of former prominent residents. It's worth panting up the 42m (138-ft.) tower for a view of the city and across the river.
