Jardin des Papillons
A stroll through the Jardin des Papillons is a good way to put names to the many butterflies you’ll see in the wild around Haute-Provence. This 1-hectare butterfly park straddles both the region’s typical Mediterranean and Alpine climates. Of the 250 or so kinds of butterfly in France, more than half have been spotted here. The particular flowers and shrubs cultivated in the park have been specially selected to attract butterflies from around the region.
