Founded back in 1966, Alka remains one of the best restaurants in Trogir’s old town. The menu includes classic Dalmatian dishes such as octopus salad, scampi risotto, and fried squid, and the kitchen also does succulent barbecued T-bone steaks. Tables are arranged in a romantic courtyard, and the service from the tuxedoed staff is professional–attentive but not intrusive.
