Always busy; always good. This family-run restaurant has been serving up pho (beef noodle soup) and addictive chicken wings for years, and the lineups never seem to get any shorter. Year after year, Phnom Penh scoops up the Best Vietnamese title at the Van Mag Awards, and 2014 was no exception. Still, from the outside, it doesn’t look like much, just a faded red-and-white awning and steamy windows. Inside, you’ll find a busy room, crowded with dark chairs and tables, and not much in the way of decoration aside from the Khmer dolls in glass cases. Whatever you order will be good, but the deep-fried chicken wings are everyone’s favorite, especially the ones with salt and lime. Be warned that you may need to share a table, and it’s not always easy to get a server’s attention.
