In 1942, the luxury cruise liner-turned-military ship the USS Coolidge struck a mine and sank near Vanuatu. Today this site is rated one of the top wreck dives in the world. Drift in the water around the bow section admiring the colorful marine life or venture deeper into the ship to see old chandeliers, cannons, trucks, and "the Lady," a statue of a lady riding a unicorn.
