In addition to our recommendation, in a pinch, there's the 45-unit Theoxenia (tel. 26260/22-219), which continues to need remodeling -- as it has for several decades. Doubles begin around 50€ (but prices are often negotiable). The restaurant is to be avoided. Rental rooms can usually be found if you ask around in the main square.
