This pretty, ivy-covered yellow house on Fort Street is one of the city’s most warm, welcoming, and purely romantic restaurants. That it also serves some of the city’s best food and wine just seems like a lucky bonus. Chef Laurie Munn sources the best ingredients from local farmers to create a sophisticated regional cuisine with a savory Tuscan influence. Be sure to try the house-made salumi, especially the smoky, spicy chorizo sausage. And if you come with a crowd, definitely go for the family meal of six sumptuous dishes chosen by the chef.
