Getting There -- The N20 is a fast, new highway (toll 30¢/20p) that goes directly from Córdoba to Villa Carlos Paz. The drive takes no more than 40 minutes, except on Sunday evenings, when Córdobeses vacationers return home from the mountains. Bus transportation to Villa Carlos Paz is frequent and reliable and leaves from the city bus station and Mercado Sur (Bd. Illia 175, at Ituzaingo). Chevallier buses to Buenos Aires take about 10 hours.

Visitor Information -- There are two tourism offices, at San Martín 600 and San Martín 400 (tel. 354/143-6688 or 354/142-1624). They are open daily from 7am to 9pm. The staff provides information on hotels, restaurants, and tourist circuits around the city.

Getting Around -- Villa Carlos Paz is small and easy to explore on foot. The city is safe to walk in, but it can get extremely crowded in the high season (Dec-Jan).
