This ecofriendly hostel about 1km from town is run by biologist/environmentalist Oscar Gilede, who also runs tour agency Colombian Highlands, which keeps its office here. It’s set in a beautiful, colonial-style farmhouse on a hill with beautiful views of the Villa de Leyva countryside. Both backpacker dorms and double rooms are available.
