On an alley off Main Street in Hot Springs, Lindsay's Roost Bar and Grill (tel. 540/839-2142) caters to the working class with inexpensive country-style breakfasts, sandwiches, burgers, and main courses such as fried mountain trout. Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 8pm.
