Spectator Sports in Warsaw

The new National Stadium (Al. Ksiecia J.Poniatowskiego 1; www.stadionnarodowy.org.pl) is located on the right bank of the river in the Praga district. It's scheduled to be completed by June 2011, in time to host the opening match of the UEFA Euro Cup 2012 football (soccer) championship. Cultural events will also be held here.
