Outside the City Center

While in the vicinity of the Wilanów Palace, pop in to the Poster Museum (Muzeum Plakatu; Potockiego 10/16; tel. 22/842-48-48; www.postermuseum.pl), which has an impressive collection of more than 55,000 posters mostly of Polish works, but also from around the globe. Poland's poster art can be traced back to the late 19th century. The gallery is open on Monday noon to 4pm, Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 4pm.
