The Atlas District has come into its own, with new restaurants, bars, and theaters opening all the time. This one’s been around from the beginning, which is to say, 2009, when the neighborhood started morphing from low-key commercial and residential into a nightlife district. H Street’s main draw as a bar is its assortment of play activities: Skee-ball, shuffleboard, and the District’s only indoor miniature golf course; up top is a huge rooftop deck. H Street serves pretty good Mexican food, too.
