If I lived in this neighborhood, I would probably hang out here all the time. Upstairs is the cozy, 60-seat wine bar, with 250 bottles on offer (most from unusual, small producers) and a whopping 50 wines by the glass. The menu features about 20 small dishes nightly, half cold, half hot, all meant to be shared. Plates of cheeses and charcuterie; roasted asparagus with garlic cream sauce; duck confit with caramelized blackberry sauce; and French fries tossed with parsley, garlic, and lemon are all recommended. On the first floor is a market and a 20-seat all-day cafe. You can shop for bottles of wine and gourmet food items here, and then settle in at the cafe to enjoy something from the menu of freshly prepared sandwiches and salads, quiches, spreads, and baked goods, or else take everything to go.
