This stylish, window-fronted dining room is a wash of creamy white punctuated with colorful tiles and artwork. But the food is anything but vanilla. Many of the 40 items on the menu are spicy, like the ground duck and duck liver salad prepared with chilies and toasted rice powder and shallots.
