This is a favorite among locals, a best-kept-secret type of place. It’s off the beaten track by the Whistler Tennis Club, with a recently opened second location in Function Junction, Whistler’s industrial park south of town (this one is only open for breakfast and lunch). The room is warm and inviting, with tall Craftsman-style seats pulled up to a curved wooden bar and floor-to-ceiling windows for taking in the magnificent view outside. Expect hearty soups and fresh salads, burgers on brioche buns and terrific tacos, as well as more substantial mains like ribs and steak. If you’re looking for good food and good value, it’s worth going out of your way to this space.
