The Buffalo Cafe, 514 3rd St. (tel. 406/862-2833), is Whitefish's best breakfast spot -- try their legendary bacon-and-egg-filled pies. Bagels and coffee are the orders of choice at the Bean Hive, 10 Baker Ave. (tel. 406/862-6383).
