In the heart of the Lake District, this traditional award-winning Lakeland stone Victorian house is on a peaceful road, just 2 minutes from the centre of Windermere village. Broadlands Guest House is an adult-only property.
Rooms feature crisp white cotton sheets and luxurious bedding, and an en suite bathroom with large towels and free toiletries. Each room also benefits from free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
Although not a hotel, Broadlands Guest House has been awarded 3 AA Gold Stars. This award is given to the top 10% of 3-star guest accommodation. A freshly cooked breakfast made from award-winning local produce is served in the morning.
Guests are offered free car park passes for use whilst staying at Broadlands. These can be used in all SLDC car parks in the area between March-October. The local rail station is a 10-minute walk from the Guest House.
