With no TV or radio, rooms at the United Reformed Church’s Windermere Centre are quiet and offer pleasant views of the beautiful garden and grounds. Tea and coffee making facilities are also included.
Guests can enjoy a cooked breakfast daily and packed lunches can be provided for days out. Evening meals can also be arranged upon request.
Guests can relax in the gardens or in the TV lounge or enjoy the many Lakeland walks close to the Windermere Centre.
Windermere town and railway station and Bowness are only 10 minutes’ walk away, and the steamers on Lake Windermere can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. Carver United Reformed Church is right next door.
