Planning a trip to Xizhou

Getting There

Buses from the bottom of Yu Er Lu in Dali to Xizhou run every 20 minutes (¥6) and will drop visitors at the surprisingly attractive residential development that is Xizhou's new face to the outside world. From here you can take a horse and cart directly to the Linden Center at the back of the village or explore some of the other fine examples of architecture here. Bikes can be rented from several cafes for around ¥15 a day.
