Focusing attentions on its cabernet sauvignon-merlot blend and an unusual sauvignon blanc-chardonnay blend, this winery has a beautiful tasting room at its chateau in Benton City. Hedges is one of Washington's more reliable wineries. The CMS cab-merlot-syrah blend is an exceptionally good deal.
