Planning a trip to Yarmouth

Getting There -- Yarmouth is at the convergence of two of the province's principal highways, routes 101 and 103. It's approximately 300km (186 miles) from Halifax.

Visitor Information -- The Yarmouth Visitor Centre (tel. 902/742-5033) is at 228 Main St., just up the hill from the ferry in a modern, shingled building you simply can't miss. Both provincial and municipal tourist offices are located here, open June through mid-October daily from about 8am to 7pm.
