A young, trendy crowd is drawn to the lean, streamlined interior of this bar and cafeteria-restaurant. The menu is funky and affordable, with "Bubble Burgers," curries, and slow-cooked spare ribs. My favorites are the Cajun burger, topped with a tasty cucumber and mint yogurt, and the Amigo, heaped with jalapeños. The wine list contains predominantly Swiss wine, and the puddings are delectable. A nightly special comes at a low price and includes a pint of beer. The Bubble has a decidedly cool vibe but it's also a popular family choice (kids just love tucking into a bowl of nachos, a pile of sticky spare ribs, and hot chocolate fudge pudding), and the staff—a group of ski and boarding dudes—is super-friendly, too.
