Harvest House Bed & Breakfast at Zion
People either love or hate B&Bs; it mostly depends on whether you like to eat breakfast with strangers. If you love them, you’ll love Harvest House. It’s not historic (built in 1989) but the house is Utah territorial-style (similar to Victorian) and the newness means more amenities. Enjoy a garden sitting area with a koi pond and spectacular views of the national park's rock formations. Rooms are charming, comfortable, and quiet, with king- or queen-size beds and private bathrooms. One upstairs room faces west and has grand sunset views, while the other two have private decks facing the impressive formations of Zion. There's a big-screen TV in the living room with access to some 40 movie channels; and the gourmet breakfasts are sumptuous, with fresh-baked breads, fresh-squeezed orange juice, granola, fruit, yogurt, and a hot main course. All units are nonsmoking.
