This tiny restaurant in a converted gas station (circa 1965) serves some of the best food in Springdale. Eat outside if you can, and the Hathaway’s Famous Goat Cheese Chili Relleno is a must: a roasted Anaheim pepper (they tend to be mild) stuffed with goat cheese, coated with crumbs, fried, and served with tomatillo sauce and a cucumber salad. Order it as an app or an entree. Vegetarians will love the spaghetti squash–stuffed enchiladas, and kids like the quesadillas and burgers. Beer and wine available.
