In a mostly residential neighborhood about 12 minutes' tram ride from the center of town, you'll find a classic, but modern, business-class hotel with a familiar American style. There's a lot going for it, including access to an indoor heated swimming pool, a reasonably priced (for this city) bar/restaurant that are open all day, and proximity to lots of trendy bars and food in the city's Kreis 4. Rooms are as comfortable and fully equipped as any corporate hotel's, and even though they're slightly smaller than the American standard, they're not as tiny as they would be in a heritage building in Old Town. In good weather, you can take breakfast (the buffet is plentiful) in the pleasant shelter of a courtyard garden. If you would be worried about the inconvenience of staying away from the center of the city, be assured that tram connectivity is easy and very frequent—the line runs right in front of the hotel—and what you give up in location you get back in breathing room and quiet.
