Amsterdam short-term apartment rental

by /bio/richnindy »

Visiting Amsterdam 25-30 September.  There will be three of us, and on other European trips, it has been cost-effective to rent an apartment, or at least a suite, rather than several hotel rooms.  I see a couple of posts on here regarding apartments, and I'm sifting through TripAdvisor, but didn't know if anyone had suggestions/recommendations.  Thanks very much.

Yeah I would recommend this website which puts you in touch with local estate agents:

http://amsterdam.xpatrentals.com

I rented one through them when I went to Berlin but they seem to have a larger listing for amsterdam.

Amsterdam has just changed (slightly) its attitude about Airbnb. I'm going to post that info shortly.

It is still possible to get an airbnb in Amsterdam so that is always a relative nice and cheap way of staying in a new city.
